Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone's prestigious development, Whitaker Grange in Ossett. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, managing the security of the development, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security of the development and ensure the safety and wellbeing of homeowners
- Oversee the Care and Support teams to ensure high-quality care and support services
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the development

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment. You will have excellent care skills, a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support services.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to think on your feet and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
