Duty Care Manager

We are seeking a professional Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living solutions. As a Duty Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents, managing the security of our developments, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security of our developments and ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents
- Oversee the Care and Support teams to ensure high-quality care and support services
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within our developments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Experience of working in a care or support environment with excellent care skills
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make a positive difference to the lives of older people
