We are seeking an experienced and innovative Service Lead to join our Early Help team at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement in outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of various interventions, including family group conferencing, therapeutic teams, family solutions teams, and family hubs.
- Implement early help initiatives across the borough, ensuring children and families receive the necessary support to achieve sustainable, long-term outcomes.
- Foster strong partnerships and collaborative working with local organisations to provide exceptional support to children and families.
- Develop and transform services to achieve better outcomes for all.
- A competitive salary of £61,267 - £63,740 (plus pending pay award)
- Relocation support of up to £8,000 to assist with your move to Stockton
- Flexible working arrangements – working across locations in Stockton and the ability to work some of your time from home
- 27 days annual leave per year rising to 32 with 5 years service. Ability to purchase additional leave is also available
- Generous Pension Scheme through the LGPS with ability to pay extra and plan for retirement
