About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to join our team at McGregor Boyall. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for our clients.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of on-site recruitment experience within a larger organization, ideally within banking, sourcing, tech, or corporate services.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of resourcing models, experience with end-to-end sourcing tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
