Chemical Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Operating Procedures (COPs).
- Maintain accurate records of all production activities and inventory movements within the SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Meet quality benchmarks to ensure that end products meet the highest standards.
- Complete all necessary documentation and records in compliance with quality regulations.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as part of an annualized shift schedule is essential.
- Willingness to assist colleagues and cover additional responsibilities when required.
- Engagement in team discussions, sharing insights and suggestions is encouraged.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Possess Level 2 functional skills in Mathematics and English.
- Hold a Forklift Truck (FLT) license (Counterbalance).
- Previous experience in a chemical processing setting is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of PSMO training.
- NVQ Level 3 Process Operators qualification or equivalent.
