About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Partnership Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior NHS teams and procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in the wound care market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the NHS, including directors, heads of service, and commissioners
  • Provide clinical and commercial expertise to support the development of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wound care sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and its procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
