We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Partnership Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior NHS teams and procurement professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in the wound care market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the NHS, including directors, heads of service, and commissioners
- Provide clinical and commercial expertise to support the development of new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver high-quality sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wound care sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the NHS and its procurement processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
