About the Role

The Property Manager is a key member of our team at Hillcrest Estate Management, responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development Management: Responsible for all management aspects of all developments within the portfolio, ensuring that our responsibilities are met and that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring that communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Relationship Management: Effectively manage the relationship with the customer, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly regarding management of development and attending meetings with customers and clients as required.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
  • Contract Management: Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio, ensuring that all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to, providing a safe working environment for our clients and their residents.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years experience in the residential property management sector.
  • Qualifications: Ideally AIRPM/ATPI qualified.
  • Skills: A proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels, a full UK driving license, intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages, previous experience of contract management, client-focused, organised, self-motivated, with the ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines, attention to detail, whilst having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
