Are you a qualified Early Years professional looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Staff Member to join our team at Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As a Bank Staff Member, you will work on a flexible basis to support our nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education to our children. You will be responsible for engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Early Years professional with a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children. You will need to be passionate about making learning fun and engaging for each child, have the ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults, and have a sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
