SECONDARY MATHEMATICS EDUCATOR

We are currently partnering with a secondary educational institution to find a committed and dependable mathematics educator. The institution welcomes applications from newly qualified teachers, early career teachers, and seasoned mathematics educators.

Position Overview:

• Full-time mathematics teaching role
• Instruct students in a secondary school setting, covering Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4; the ability to teach up to A-level (Key Stage 5) is advantageous
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the Mathematics department and ensure it remains a leading subject within the institution
• Design and deliver exceptional mathematics lessons that engage students and inspire them to achieve their highest potential
• Regularly evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support their learning journey
• Maintain effective communication with parents to address any concerns or issues
• Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Completion of PGCE or Schools Direct program
• Degree in Mathematics (BA Hons)
• Prior experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school environment
• Strong classroom management skills and presence
