About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Wealden Leisure Limited. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our leisure centre, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of operational staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality facilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including managing budgets, resources, and staff performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
