Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are achieved by our teams, for our customers.
As a Duty Manager, you will be the face of our leisure centre, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of operational staff, developing and motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the leisure industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision-making confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Be responsible for the day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard
- Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre
- Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements- Experience of problem-solving, customer service, and staff management
- Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role
- Ability to work flexibly with a level of autonomy and decision-making confidence
- Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
