Job Summary:

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of clinical bed, stretcher, pressure care surfaces, and service offerings within the hospital and residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to maintain existing business and develop new sales opportunities within clinical areas for hospital partners.
  • Manage and close complex capital opportunities by leveraging skills in stakeholder mapping, action planning, and business development.
  • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector, including Manual Handling, Tissue Viability, Medical Engineers, Finance, Procurement, and other clinical specialists.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
  • Utilize medical capital sales experience to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.
