Insurance Risk Specialist / Cyber Liability Account Manager
Bruin is a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding insurance brokerage dedicated to delivering customized insurance solutions to a wide array of clients. Our focus is on ensuring comprehensive coverage for professional and cyber risks. We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Risk Specialist / Cyber Liability Account Manager to enhance our growing team.

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients, identifying their unique insurance requirements and offering expert guidance on professional indemnity and cyber risk coverage.
- Policy Management: Oversee the complete policy management process, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Risk Evaluation: Analyze and assess client risks to create tailored insurance solutions that align with their needs.
- Claims Assistance: Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Market Engagement: Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate optimal terms for clients, utilizing your market insights and relationships.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and oversee all necessary documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal protocols.
- Ongoing Development: Remain informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics to provide the most relevant and timely advice to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in professional indemnity and/or cyber insurance account management or a background in multi-class commercial insurance.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of professional indemnity and cyber insurance products, market practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Certifications: CII certification or progress towards obtaining it is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in utilizing insurance software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
