Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Field Operations Manager to oversee operations in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulating strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability while offering guidance and support to field personnel.
2. Evaluating operational processes and staff performance on a national scale.
3. Maximizing the productivity of field staff to reduce unproductive labor costs.
4. Designing and executing various quality assurance protocols.
5. Ensuring adherence to all company employment standards, procedures, and regulations.
6. Addressing customer grievances in collaboration with field staff or delivery teams.
7. Recruiting field personnel, facilitating onboarding, and managing daily operations.
8. Overseeing staff performance, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
9. Creating method statements and conducting risk assessments.
10. Reviewing and generating COSHH assessments.
11. Developing and updating health and safety policies.
12. Acting as the Health and Safety officer for all field personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable position.
- Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operational management principles.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting related to human resources.
- Familiarity with business and financial concepts.
- Exceptional communication capabilities.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as TR19 Grease/Air & HSG274.
