Position: Field Sales Executive

Compensation: £45,000 - £55,000 base salary with potential bonuses up to £30,000, including a Company Car

Role Overview:

  • As the Field Sales Executive, you will oversee the Northern England territory, managing all sales activities within this area.
  • Your focus will be primarily on acquiring new business, accounting for 90% of your efforts.
  • 10% of your role will involve managing existing client accounts.
  • You will take charge of lead generation and maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Your sales efforts will target a diverse range of companies involved in wood product manufacturing.
  • Expect high-value orders with an average sales cycle of three months.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will possess field sales experience, particularly in selling capital equipment to the wood manufacturing sector.
  • However, the company is open to candidates eager to transition into sales from the wood manufacturing industry.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Organizational skills, ambition, and a structured approach are essential.
  • Tenacity in pursuing new business opportunities and managing client accounts is crucial.
  • A desire for career growth and a willingness to engage in training is expected.

Compensation Package:

· Base salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, with bonuses reaching up to £30,000.

· Benefits include pension, mobile phone, laptop, and a company car.
