Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client's site in Brighton, to oversee the events and hospitality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to deliver high-quality services daily across catering, vending, hospitality, retail, and other required areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team: Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and manage budgets: Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labor, and profitability.
- Coordinate and supervise: Hire, train, and manage Managers, including performance management.
- Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the client and its employees, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and ensure all team members are trained with appropriate qualifications.
- Event management: Oversee corporate events and functions, ensuring all are executed smoothly, meeting all client requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience: Strong leadership experience and ability to drive and manage change.
- Financial management: Proficient in financial management and budgeting, including experience in managing a P&L statement.
- IT literacy: IT literate, with experience in Microsoft and financial systems.
- Food safety knowledge: Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practice.
- Site audits: Experience with site audits.
