About Selint Aviation - Executive Search

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Commercial and Contract Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned executive to lead our commercial and contract management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local and global sourcing strategies for all external spend related activity, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risk, protecting the company from financial, operational, and reputational damage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual disputes, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation.
  • Support high-priority projects, working closely with senior leaders and executives to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key interfaces across the organization, including line, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to drive business growth and success in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Ensure fluency in English, with strong commercial experience, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
