We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Delve Search - Global Search Consultants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance and ensuring that all operational goals are met, while also managing the day-to-day functions in line with company standards.

This role involves the strategic management of inventory, production schedules, and supply chain processes to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to minimise excess stock and obsolete inventory, ensuring efficient use of working capital.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials from suppliers.
  • Conduct regular reviews of planning and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with supply chain, engineering, and product teams to address any supply issues and support new product introductions.
  • Use data analysis to drive process improvements and ensure optimal inventory levels for key components.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in MPS forecasting, inventory management, and working capital optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse data trends and make informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
