- Leads on the use of people related data and MI to provide insight that informs people solutions and proactive interventions
- Supports solutions to strategically grow the business drawing on product toolkits
- Supports the development of People solutions in response to business change
- Anticipates future People related risks, supporting effective talent and succession management, resourcing and capability so that the business can deliver on its commitments
- Takes action to avoid high risk policy non-compliance
