About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 employees and managing the day-to-day operations of our concession store in NEXT at Leicester (High Cross).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 8 employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage the concession store's inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a concession store environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and develop a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Passion for creating a positive work environment and promoting a culture of inclusivity
