Job Title: Care Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Service Manager to join our team at One to One Support Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the MD in the organic development and growth of the company, as well as coordinating and developing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the MD in the development and growth of the company
- Coordinate and develop services, including staff rotas and client support guides
- Manage senior support workers and provide structured work tasks and supervision
- Monitor and maintain filing systems, including client data
- Deal with telephone and postal enquiries and referrals
- Support staff to implement person-centred care plans
- Ensure quality services are being delivered, including visits to services
- Work a flexible hour's system, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
- Experience in care management and service development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
