Job Description

**Registered Service Manager - Alton/Hampshire**

Up to £36,075

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Alton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
