Lead Residential Service Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic and caring leader to join our management team as a Lead Residential Service Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

About the Role

As a Lead Residential Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our residential service in Alton. You will work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering the best support. You should have previous experience in a care management role and be willing to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours is essential.
