  • Assist with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.
  • Complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support individuals in achieving their goals and increasing their independence.

Requirements:

  • Resilient and flexible approach.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
