Support Worker - Make a Difference in Minehead

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Minehead. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

About the Role

We are looking for a genuinely caring and hands-on Support Worker with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker with us, you will be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching new life skills to the people we support
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Encouraging people to access their local communities, socialise and do lots of activities

Requirements
