Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.
  • Complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to support individuals in achieving their goals and increasing their independence.

Requirements:

  • Resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and mental health needs.
  • A genuine caring attitude and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support.
