Purchasing & Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our small and close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing incoming stock, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales quotes and process orders efficiently
  • Manage stock allocation and communicate with key suppliers for product availability and lead times
  • Arrange shipments of stock to customers and track direct shipments
  • Provide general administration and office support as required

As a Purchasing & Sales Administrator, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. If you have previous experience in a similar role and are looking for a supportive and flexible work environment, we encourage you to apply.
