Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and building meaningful relationships with service users.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for supporting others

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities

Contract Options

  • Varying hours available

Shift Times

All services are 24-hour care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for personal and social planning.

  • Days: 08:00-10:00
  • Sleep-ins: occasional
