Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our buying team at Gardiner Bros & Co (Leathers) Ltd. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, boosting profitability, and keeping stock moving across our incredible brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop commercial product ranges to drive sales and stock turnover
  • Review stock and sales performance weekly to identify areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage pricing, budgets, and stock forecasting with precision
  • Collaborate with our online and marketing teams to maximise sales across all platforms
  • Attend trade shows and meet suppliers to stay at the cutting edge of the industry
