Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Shift Leader to lead our flavoured milk department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement development plans for team members.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their problem-solving skills.
- Ensure that own activities are aligned to overall business objectives.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve business performance.
- Apply Operational Excellence principles and tools to improve processes.
- Up to 10% yearly bonus.
