Production Shift Leader

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a Production Shift Leader to join our team at our Severnside site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective production of dairy products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify and address operational issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a production or operations leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of dairy production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
