HGV Class 1 Transport Operator

In response to increasing customer requirements, we are looking for skilled HGV Class 1 Transport Operators to join our dynamic team.
Available Shifts:
Monday to Friday Night Shifts (Start times between 14:00-19:00)
Compensation:
£15.36 per hour, in addition to a weekly night shift premium of £55.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain vehicle compliance and safety by conducting daily inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
- Verify that the correct cargo is loaded securely before departure.
- Execute trunking and multi-drop deliveries efficiently while adhering to legal regulations.
- Confirm deliveries with clients, ensuring a courteous and professional interaction, and secure necessary documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possession of a valid C+E driving license, DigiTacho, and CPC certification.
- Demonstrated experience in Class 1 driving.
- Able to lift weights up to 18kg.
- Effective communication skills in English with team members.
