Job Title: Senior Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at CES Group - Clinical Employment Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining a healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for employees to identify potential health risks and provide guidance on workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective health promotion initiatives to improve employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism.
  • Collaborate with management to create a healthy work environment that supports employee health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on managing employee absence due to health reasons and offer support to employees to return to work safely.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in occupational health nursing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
