About the Role

RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for providing proactive occupational health services to client companies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and preventing adverse health effects arising from workplace activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive occupational health services to client companies
  • Coordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards
Requirements
  • RGN qualified, ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH
  • Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures
  • Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain NMC registration
  • High degree of self-motivation and management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office suite
  • Strong team player and able to lead by example
  • Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays
