You will be responsible for providing proactive occupational health services to client companies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and preventing adverse health effects arising from workplace activities. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational health services to client companies, including health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to prevent adverse health effects.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address health and safety risks.
- Conduct health and safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- RGN qualified, ideally with a post-registration qualification in occupational health.
- Experience in occupational health service delivery, including health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
