We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Holy Name Community Rehabilitation Centre team in Hull as a development role member. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality treatment interventions to patients with complex needs in an intermediate care setting and community-based environments.
  2. Conduct occupational therapy assessments and provide evidence-based interventions under supervision.
  3. Offer guidance and support to colleagues on individual case management and contribute to the training programme for staff professional development.
  4. Manage a caseload effectively and efficiently under supervision.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • State Registration with the Health Care Professions Council
Desirable Qualifications
  • Evidence of current CPD/formal qualifications at an advanced level
Key Skills and Experience
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of community and adult physical health clinical practice areas
