Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a leading structural steel manufacturing company. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality culture throughout the business and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of QA and QC Inspection personnel to ensure effective quality control processes are in place.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, policies, and records.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Technical background or experience in engineering, welding, or welding inspection.
  • Proven experience in quality management, including auditing and inspection.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
