Projects Coordinator

LOCATION:
Chard, Somerset

SALARY:
Up to £30,000 PA,

HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

ROLE OVERVIEW:

In the capacity of Projects Coordinator, you will serve as the essential liaison between designers and fitters, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers throughout the purchasing, design, and installation phases.

Exceeding customer expectations is a fundamental aspect of this role, and the ideal candidate will showcase exceptional organizational and communication skills, alongside a solutions-oriented mindset, while nurturing a positive team culture that upholds the brand's reputation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Act as the primary contact for fitters and designers, providing updates and addressing inquiries during the design and installation phases.

- Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure timely installations.

- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues.

- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, design specifications, and installation schedules.

- Report directly to the Managing Director, preparing monthly reports on product sales and their status, highlighting potential issues and developing solutions.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer specifications.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with the team of fitters and designers.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the brands and products offered.


CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse individuals both within and outside the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively.
