As a Projects Coordinator for our client, you will be the pivotal link between their designers and fitters, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for their customers throughout the purchasing, design, and installations process. The key duties include:

Serve as the main point of contact between the fitters and designers, providing updates and addressing inquiries
Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure timely installations
Monitor project timelines and proactively address any potential delays or issues
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, design specifications, and installation schedules
Prepare and provide monthly reports outlining products sold and their status, identifying potential issues and developing solutions
Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer specifications
Build and maintain strong relationships with the team of fitters and designers
Develop a working knowledge of the brands and products offeredEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently using initiative

Detail-oriented with exceptional organisation skills
