Project Coordinator

Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our prestigious client's team in the luxury distribution industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be the pivotal link between our designers and fitters, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers throughout the purchasing, design, and installations process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure timely installations
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address any potential delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, design specifications, and installation schedules
  • Prepare and provide monthly reports outlining products sold and their status, identifying potential issues and developing solutions
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the team of fitters and designers
  • Develop a working knowledge of the brands and products offered

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently using initiative
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisation skills
  • Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively and resolve problems effectively
