About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our esteemed team at Office Angels. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the pivotal link between our designers and fitters, ensuring a smooth, easy, and efficient experience for our customers throughout the purchasing, design, and installations process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the fitters and designers, providing updates and addressing inquiries throughout the design and installation process.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments between designers and fitters to ensure timely installations.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively find and address any potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, design specifications, and installation schedules.
  • Prepare and provide monthly reports outlining the products sold and their status, highlighting any potential issues and developing solutions.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that installations meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the team of fitters and designers.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the brands and the products they offer.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, curious, and able to work independently using your initiative, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all types of people in and outside the company.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively and resolve problems effectively.
