- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Care Certificate (desirable).
- Experience of working with adults with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities and challenging behavior.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
The role of Support Worker is full-time, with a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends, and bank holidays. You will be required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
