An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our client, a reputable business based in the UK. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to HR-related queries and escalating issues to the HR Advisor and Manager as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and recruitment materials.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll and pension information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Take minutes at employee relations meetings, including disciplinary, grievance, and consultation meetings.
  • Manage the annual leave system on HR software, monitoring remaining entitlement to ensure statutory compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR and Payroll position, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
