About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Director to join our team at Transport Focus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation and ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional results for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to our corporate services function, ensuring that we are well-positioned to meet the needs of our organisation and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of corporate services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our board, senior leadership team, and external partners.
  • Oversee the management of our finances, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making the most of our resources.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a corporate services or similar function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience of managing budgets and resources, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
