  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work morning, evenings, and weekends as required.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
