Job Title: Executive Officer - Education Supply

We are New Directions Holdings Limited, a leading provider of education services across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality education supply services to schools and education supply workers.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound telephone enquiries, and converting them into bookings in accordance with our processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for arranging and undertaking effective client visits, generating new business, and providing quality follow-up service visits for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively to a range of inbound telephone business enquiries and convert them into bookings in accordance with specified processes and procedures.
  • Arrange and undertake effective client visits, generating new business and providing quality follow-up service visits for existing clients.
  • Maintain a good working understanding of our database system and update data in a disciplined manner.
  • Prepare suitable quality CVs and profiles for all supply staff seeking long-term work.
  • Develop relationships with schools and education supply workers, promoting our services and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales background.
  • Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Able to make decisions using available data and information.
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to plan and prioritise workload, maximising productivity.
  • Ability to promote services making high-quality sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of child safeguarding.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Maintains quality for all users.
  • Able to manage margin control with the ability to deliver strong performance.
