Job Title: Building Liaison Officer
Job Summary:
Bamford Contract Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to work with residents on various Social Housing projects. The successful candidate will assist with queries and help solve problems that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Tenant Complaints procedures as a point of escalation
* Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect ongoing works
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* CSCS Card preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Basic understanding of construction in social housing
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
About the Role:
This is a long-term freelance position covering a large social housing insulation project dealing with cavity wall and loft ventilations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of construction in social housing and excellent communication skills.
