About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Operations team at White & Case. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data sets to analyze service volumes, quality, and cost, providing valuable insights to inform global operations and drive future strategies.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to develop and implement innovative service delivery methods, leveraging firm-wide tools, dashboards, and automation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure clear, well-presented, and current information for Document Services, Translations, Travel Services, and Print Standards, fostering effective communication and collaboration across functions and locations.
  • Service Delivery Accountability: Contribute to vendor relationships and develop internal relationships with service users to support Firm performance, driving excellence and meeting diverse client needs.
  • Business Acumen: Apply a deep understanding of the Firm's business model and user requirements to drive effective service delivery, balancing consistency and variances in global service delivery.
  • Global and Cross-Cultural Perspective: Analyze data and develop insights that consider the Firm's global presence and diverse client base, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a data or analyst role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel for analysis
  • Excellent written English for professional reports, presentations, and business cases
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage plans, projects, and initiatives
  • Preferred experience in gathering requirements and delivering reporting, analytical projects, and advanced BI opportunities
  • International and cross-cultural work experience
