Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Asbestos Surveyors to conduct detailed surveying services on commercial properties. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and a pride in their work. They will be responsible for conducting surveys, recording site notes, and meeting report deadlines with precision and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed surveying services on commercial properties
- Accurately record site notes using TEAMS
- Meet report deadlines with precision and technical accuracy
- Collaborate well with management and scheduling teams
- Work with auditing and quality teams to deliver great service and maintain accreditations
- Participate in regular training, including BOHS modules, as part of career development
- Attend operational team meetings and team building events
Requirements
- P402 certification or RSPH Level 3 qualification
- Basic proficiency with IT devices (tablets, smartphones)
- A strong commitment to quality and pride in work
- Good attention to detail
