Job Title: Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team at McLaren Automotive. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our facilities engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of subcontracts associated with Building Services support, including M&E, BMS, Fire, Lifts, and other systems.
  • Identify plant and system obsolescence, and develop costed proposals for capital budgets.
  • Engineer and manage small to medium project works to enhance operational efficiency, availability, and capability.
  • Implement energy reduction schemes across building services systems.
  • Maintain and update O&M and other engineering services documentation.
